| Warmafloor
underfloor heating pipe is a five layer co-extrusion incorporating an
oxygen diffusion barrier rendering the pipe impervious to oxygen diffusion.
The design of this pipe is unique in that the barrier is fully enclosed
and therefore not subject to site damage.
Warmafloor systems predominantly use polybutylene pipe (PB) for its superior properties. |

| Warmafloor
underfloor installations are generally designed and installed using the
reverse return pipe layout system. This method gives a far more even floor
temperature and therefore a more even heat output across the room. Dependent upon design requirements the pipe work centres can be spaced at 100,150,200,225 or 300mm centres in 20mm or 16mm diameter pipe. The use of 20mm diameter pipe work at correct spaces provides greater capacity, increased comfort, reduced warm up times and increased running efficiency. |

| Where
large areas of glazing are encountered the pipe spacing can be grouped
more densely to match the higher heat losses. All floor finishes can be
used with Warmafloor underfloor heating but varying thickness and types
of floors will affect the final heat output and time lag.
Coverings such as carpet and wood will give a slower and lower heat output against a covering of say tiles or stones. |
