Wanted- Ambitious people for vibrant business in energy saving systems

Warmafloor manufactures, designs and installs underfloor heating / heating and cooling systems. Over 75% of our business is in the commercial sector. Warmafloor is unique in its project handling, we take care of all underfloor heating/cooling projects from inception to completion with our own installation teams. Contracts vary in value from £1000 to £300,000 and are carried out across the country.

Warmafloor is the largest manufacturer and installer in the UK with a turnover of £9 million per annum growing at 20% per annum.

We have relocated to purpose built state of the art premises incorporating numerous energy saving systems, and are rapidly expanding our business.

We have the following vacancies within our business. The vacancies are either based at our Fareham Head Office or at our project site in Stratford, London:

Assistant Site Manager (fixed term contract- approximately 12 months)

Working directly for the Site Manager at our project site in Stratford, London; the Assistant Site Manager will be responsible for:
Managing the Health and Safety of Warmafloor staff and associated contractors within the parameters of the project.
Ensuring that the Warmafloor Underfloor heating systems are fitted to the project schedule, and to the correct quality.
Directly and indirectly managing the workforce on site to ensure that all systems and procedures are complied with.
Ensuring all workforce is trained and competent and their work outputs are reviewed appropriately.
Ensuring that all raw materials are on site to meet the requirements of the project.
Ensuring raw material and labour expenditure is measured, managed and used effectively.
Reviewing, updating and rescheduling work activities to ensure all timelines are hit.
Ensuring all scrap materials are recycled or removed from site as required.
Liaising with other Contractors to ensure that all work is safe and efficient.
Reporting on key performance indicators as required.

Experience and Qualifications
To be successful you will have practical experience of managing trades and contractors within the building industry.
You will be able to demonstrate real people management skills, coupled with drive and tenacity to ensure that the work demands are completed safely, on time and in budget.
You will hold the relevant CSCS card.

Site Supervisor fixed term contract- approximately 12 months)

Working closely with the second site Supervisor and reporting directly to the Assistant Site Manager at our project site in Stratford, the Supervisor will be responsible for:
Ensuring all Contractors under their control are trained and competent.
Ensuring all work activities are carried out safely, effectively and to the correct timescales and standards of work.
Ensure all labour and raw materials are used effectively.
Continuously monitoring individual workloads to ensure that the overall project timelines are met or wherever possible exceeded.
Solving problems within areas of responsibility and ensuring that unresolved issues are identified and preventative measures taken.
Ensuring that all raw materials are used efficiently, reducing waste.
Ensuring that housekeeping is a priority for all contractors and that a clean as you go mentality is reinforced.

Experience and Qualifications
